We accept returns within 10 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, and exchanges are always welcome! What if my item is defective or damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@allaboutmeboutiqueky.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you — and we'll cover return shipping. This applies even to final sale items. 💕
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! Exchanges are welcome on all eligible returns within the 10-day window. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless defective or damaged.
